Hmmmm, where to start.

Sister Toldjah reports on the Minnesota Senate race.  The Democrat controlled Senate might intervene.  Hmmm.  How this one will turn out is anybody’s guess (end sarcasm).   Really, I just can’t imagine Stuart Smalley as my Senator, so I’m glad I don’t live in Minnesota.

Michelle Malkin comments here on the irony of the Terminator’s governorship.  Hey, didn’t we elect this guy to get us out of this mess?  Maybe I’m imagining, I dunno.

Heard enough “Joe the Plumber” hoopla?  I have.  I really haven’t heard much depth.  Christopher Tollefsen gives such a thing.  He gives a good analysis of where both sides of the debate get it right and where both sides of the debate get it wrong.  You should read it.

This is just bizarre: “Religion is but myth and superstition” was a sign included in a holiday display on public property in Olympia, Washington.  One does not need to question the legality of it to question the wisdom of it.

Neil, on his “4Simpson’s” blog has some good thoughts about an atheist’s list of so-called Bible contradictions.  My thought: yawn.  If you’ve seen one list, you’ve seen them all.  He also provides some links to bad arguments theists make, so he pulls no punches with his own side.

In the same vein, apologetics315 provides an audio of a recent debate between Dinesh D’souza and Dan Barker on “Christianity vs.  Atheism.”  D’souza is the author of What’s so Great about Christianity, while Barker, a pastor-turned atheist, is the president of the Freedom from Religion Foundation.

Finally, here is a link to an audio interview of Vishal Mangalwadi giving a Christian analysis of the attacks (via Christian Theology).

  1. Hi – nice roundup, and thanks for the link!

Ditto about Minnesota – my confidence level in the fairness of their process is very low.

  2. Ditto about Minnesota. It’s getting scary. Franken votes found in the trunk of someones car, “If they voted for Obama, they must have meant to vote for Al”. Al’s lawyer coming out today and stating that Al is actually winning, despite what the secretary of state’s website has to say. It’s fairly obvious that there is vote fraud in play here, and Al will probably head to court if he loses again.
